Returns & Refunds

At Kniton Socks, we ensure that every order is carefully packed and delivered with quality in mind.

Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

This includes:

• Change of mind
• Size or fit issues
• Preference-related concerns


Delivery Acceptance

Customers are requested to accept delivery once the order is shipped.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to non-acceptance:

• A charge of ₹199 will be applicable
• This covers two-way shipping and packaging costs


Eligible Cases for Support

We offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Missing items


Proof Requirement

A clear unboxing video is required for all claims.

The video must show:

• Sealed package before opening
• Opening process
• Product received

Claims without valid proof may not be accepted.


Reporting Timeline

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after this period may not be considered.

Refunds

Once approved:

• Refunds are processed within 24 hours
• Amount is credited to the original payment method

Policy Enforcement

Requests may be declined in cases of:

• Incomplete or incorrect proof
• Signs of product use or damage after delivery
• Repeated misuse of the policy
