At Kniton Socks, we aim to deliver your order in a timely and reliable manner.
Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details.
Delivery Timeline
• Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India
• Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable locations
Order Tracking
A tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
Shipping Details
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping and contact information while placing the order.
Kniton Socks will not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete details.
Delivery Acceptance
Customers are expected to accept delivery once the order has been shipped.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to non-acceptance:
• A charge of ₹199 will be applicable
• This covers two-way shipping and packaging costs incurred
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
• Courier partner delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Other unforeseen logistical issues
Package Opening & Claims
Customers are advised to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
The video should show:
• Sealed package before opening
• Opening process
• Product received
This is required to verify claims related to:
• Missing items
• Incorrect products
• Damaged items
Claims without valid video proof may not be accepted.
Reporting Issues
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant proof.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner will be treated as successfully delivered unless reported within this timeframe.
Hygiene & No Return Policy
As per our Returns & Refunds Policy, socks are classified as personal wear items.
Returns or refunds are not accepted once the product has been delivered, except in cases of:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Missing items
